In a bizarre chain of events the, “Exclusive Gum-Shoe Dick” Texas PI Philip Klein “Under Investigation” For Suspicion Of Murder In The Dominican Republic Regarding Death Of American Businessman.
Texas based private investigator Philip Klein, owner of Klein Investigations & Consulting, is “under investigation” for suspicion of murder regarding the recent death of Texas oil man and billionaire William “Bill” Kallop. Stranger even is the set of alleged circumstances. Klein happened to be spotted on security cameras in the Dominican Republic in “VERY close proximity” to Bill at almost the precise moment that Bill suffered his fatal injury.
What would be the motive?
Beaumont attorney John Morgan and his longtime client and crony, Nederland gumshoe Philip Klein continue an unbroken string of appellate losses that began with the Texas Supreme Court’s 2011 mandamus opinion in In re Does., 337 S.W.3d 862 (Tex. 2011) (orig. proceeding).
On December 13, 2018, Beaumont’s Ninth Court of Appeals released its unanimous opinion reversing last year’s $562,227.30 “default judgment” against Texas billionaire Bill Kallop and his ten oil companies after the “death threats litigation” team of your American Heroes & Honorary Admins of the BV Files Houston attorney Jeffrey Dorrell and Thomas Retzlaff exposed several irregularities in proceedings involving Jefferson County District Judge Justin Sanderson. [Sanderson later was removed from the case amid allegations of judicial corruption involving a local attorney with alleged ties to child sex trafficking!]
Wayne Reaud is a small town attorney from Beaumont, Texas, who has been up to his oh so very fat neck in political and judicial corruption for YEARS. Now questions are being asked about his alleged involvement in pedophilia and child sex trafficking.
These questions – and questions about Reaud corruptly influencing a local judge – have lead to an investigation by the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct and the removal of the judge, Judge Justin Sanderson of the 60th District Court of Jefferson County, from the bench and any involvement in a lawsuit filed by area blogger Philip Klein against Texas oil billionaire William Kallop.
Things get really weird when Kallop learned from his own PI, who was investigating Klein and Morgan. (on Kallop’s behalf) That Klein had developed a penchant for Tasty Kakes. They learned that he had a full blown addiction to the manufactured pastry cakes.
Klein, who sits on social media nearly 24 / 7 like a teenage girl, likes to post comments about “local corruption” and label various individuals as being “pedophiles” and “rapists” and “convicted FELONS” and super important things like that. This is where he developed his Tasty Kake addiction. It started out as a mild obsession when a colleague suggested he quit eating Little Debbie Snack Cakes and try the more superior Tasty Kake brand.
That’s when the addiction and problems really began to manifest. Tastykake is a line of snack foods manufactured by the Tasty Baking Company, currently headquartered at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (formerly the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1914 by Philip J. Baur and Herbert T. Morris and originally selling its product only in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, the company now distributes its products in several states on the East Coast, south to Florida, and has been gradually expanding across the United States.
Klein living in Southeast Texas was limited on the amount and selection of Tastykakes based upon distribution. He was largely dependent upon what Walmart offered and what was available sporadically on Amazon.
When Kallop learned of this he saw an opportunity to hurt Klein without legal retaliation. As a multi-millionaire he has the resources and contacts to literally cut off Klein’s Tasty Kake source.
Video surveillance at 24/7 Walmart Supercenter reveals a shaking and sweating Klein desperately going through the aisle that previously stocked Tasty Kakes. We see grainy video of what appears to be a raging Klein berating and yelling at Walmart employees and a store manage quickly walking to try and defuse the alteration.
When Amazon refused to ship Klein Tasty Kakes that triggered the catalyst for a murder.
Sources who remain anonymous report that Kallop went to great lengths to influence Flour Foods who owns Tasty Kake. It was reported he basically purchased several years worth of production intended for Amazon distribution as well as Walmart in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana in addition to the Houston area. Then had that production (several ship containers a month) shipped to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. Once there the manufactured pastry’s were distributed for free among the population.
Our source reports that when Klein learned of this he went into an “nuclear meltdown” state. This however turned to rage a short time later.
The only other information submitted to us was Klein witnessed by various witnesses muttering,
“ the man who took my Tastykakes…..Im going to find him….and then im going to…..”
